How does the 30-day trial work?

Sign up and use everything for 30 days. No card up front. If you subscribe, you pay from that day. If you let it lapse, the workspace goes read-only for 14 days, then locks — your records stay, and you can export them the whole time.

Do workers need the app or an account?

No. Workers scan the site QR poster in their phone browser. Accounts are for site teams and contractor companies.

Who owns the records?

You do. Assure holds them for you. Export any record, register or evidence pack as PDF or CSV whenever you like.

What happens to WHS records if I cancel?

Export them — evidence packs exist for exactly this, and exports keep working after your subscription ends. Record-keeping duties under WHS law sit with you as the operator; Assure's job is to make meeting them easy, including on the way out.

Where is my data stored?

Australia. The database and file storage run in Sydney. Broadcast SMS and email pass through our messaging providers to be delivered.

Is Assure only for Western Australia?

It is built around the WHS Act 2020 (WA) and the model WHS laws, which apply in every state and territory except Victoria. The records don't change across borders — the statute names do.

How long does setup take?

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No minimum term, no exit fee. Cancellation runs to the end of the period you paid for, and your data exports before, during and after.

I have a voucher code. How do I use it?

Open the link you were given, or enter the code under Settings > Billing once your workspace is set up. A voucher gives a new subscription a number of months free. Your card is taken at checkout, nothing is charged until the free months end, and the first-charge date is shown before you confirm. Cancel before that date and you pay nothing.
